These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the BEACON Community (the “Community”), operated by Omnia Health Solutions, LLC (“Omnia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Community.
1. Purpose of the Community
The BEACON Community is a moderated, private online space intended to support peer discussion, shared learning, and engagement among individuals taking FDA-approved GLP-1 therapies and others interested in related health topics.
The Community is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and participation is voluntary.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Community.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current information during account creation
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or allow others to access your account.

Attempts to provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment instructions
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Omnia reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, edit, or remove content at its discretion.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Content shared within the Community reflects personal experiences and opinions of members and does not represent medical advice.
Omnia does not endorse or verify statements made by Community members. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions.
5. User-Generated Content & License
You retain ownership of content you create and post in the Community. However, by posting content, you grant Omnia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to:
Use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt such content
Analyze content in de-identified or aggregated form
Use excerpts for research, insights, reporting, or community operations
Personal identifiers will not be shared in external reporting or partner deliverables.
You waive any claims to compensation or royalties related to such use.
6. Intellectual Property
All Community design elements, trademarks, branding, and platform features are owned by Omnia or its licensors.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit Community content or materials without express written permission.
7. Moderation & Enforcement
Omnia may:
Remove or edit content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Restrict access to features
Enforce Community Guidelines at its discretion
Omnia is not obligated to resolve disputes between members and is not responsible for interactions between users.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Omnia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Omnia is not liable for:
User-generated content
Member interactions
Any harm resulting from reliance on Community content
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Community use.
11. Changes to These Terms
Omnia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Community after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
